Message Processing

MOL calculates the percentage of EDI messages processed successfully. We calculate the number of messages received via EDI and passed to our Starnet system versus the number of rejected messages we generate on the validation of the syntax/structure of the message. Data validation errors are not included.

MOL Target: Achieve 95% of EDI messages processed successfully.
